Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized after every usage.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Kitchen Studio - available for your next Chef Demo, Chef Cooking Class or How To Social Media Production. Kitchen is ideal space for food & beverage photography (You can rent the entire Studios by finding us under Artsy Photography Space in Golden). We have a ton of props you can rent. Fully equipped kitchen: • Sink • Stove • Commercial Fridge & Upright Fridge • Microwave • Island • Prop Room We'd love to host your next project! Let us know if you have any questions.

Parking description
We can accommodate up to about twelve vehicles in our drive. We also have a lot below us that we have access to and a park right next door with a sidewalk down to our facility.

Equipment loading description
Kitchen is right inside front door. If you want to rent the space including the photo Studios for a more extensive project, see us under Artsy Photography Studio.
Staging area is available
Small Studio can be used to stage props etc.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
If you are not renting the entire Studios Spaces for a Photography shoot, then you have access to the kitchen, two bathrooms, smaller studio and outside courtyard. If you need the entire space, find us under "Artsy Photography Space in Golden."
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
The kitchen has several plug ins for appliances such as additional microwaves, juicers, blenders etc. Addition cords can go into small studio for more power.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
The rules are simple. Come in and enjoy our eclectic studio spaces. Please clean up after yourselves and fold up chairs, pick up trash etc. Do not remove anything from the various spaces without asking us first. Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol is allowed as long as the guest host has made arrangements for IDs, age and consumption. We try to be respectful of the neighborhood so larger events need to end by 10:30PM. There is no smoking within the facility.

There is limited items in the kitchen but they can be removed as long as they are carefully put back into place after the chef demo or video.

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
