First and Foremost
-Our neighbors and neighborhood are very important. Please have the utmost respect when visiting the venue at all times.
Etiquette
-No animals or pets are allowed inside the venue at any time for any reason unless specifically approved by a venue representative.
-Alcohol must be kept inside the building at all times.
-Do not permit children or guests to manhandle or play with/on any of the sliding barn doors.
Loading and Unloading
-All clients and guests must enter/exit through the main entrance located on Franklin Street.
-Vendors and hosts are allowed to load/unload through the secondary entrance on the side alley.
Kitchen + Backroom Guidelines
- The backroom is a restricted area meant only for vendors, the host/hostess of the event and close family/bridal party.
-All equipment, prep areas and kitchen are to be left completely clean.
-All kitchen equipment must be used as intended, safely and properly.
-Nothing should lean against the painted walls and doors.
-All items that are brought into the venue must be taken with you upon departure. Trash should be placed in the venue’s dumpster (located behind our neighbor, R+R Fitness). -No furniture should be dragged across flooring, all must be safely picked up and moved. -Furniture must be used as intended. No sitting on the back of the sofas, no stepping or sitting on tables, chairs, sofas, or benches, even with no shoes.
-The furnished Suite comes “as is” and furniture should not be moved.
HOUSE RULES
Décor
-Candles are allowed. Any wax candle with open flame must be enclosed in a glass container that is at least 2” above the flame. No exceptions, this rule is for the safety of your event. -LED type candles are allowed in any size container.
-Confetti and glitter is not allowed under any circumstances. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if confetti or glitter or any similar substance/material is found after your event. -Do not damage any of the walls, ceilings, or floors in anyway for any reason, including installing nails or screws for decor purposes.
The Suite
-The private suite in the backroom will be the reserved area for the host/hostess of the event. It will not be accessible to guests unless approved by the client.
-All furniture should stay in place unless addressed with the site representative.
Clean Up
-Everything that has been brought into the venue should be removed by completion of the event, including décor, personal items, rental items, and trash.
-It is the host and vendor’s responsibility to leave the venue in equal or better condition to how it was upon arrival.
-All floors must be cleaned of debris, garbage, food and other waste.
-All vendors must load out directly following the event.
