All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

My home is perfect for photo shoots, dinner parties.. EVERYTHING! As far as photoshoot my home has an old world and romantic feeling with classic European furnishings and artwork. My both front and back yards bring the inside space to the outside with lots of fun areas with a mini botanical garden with lots of color and charm. You can shoot beautiful inside and outside pics here but the beach is a 2 minute walk to the sand and 3 minute walk to the water. Take note of the spare bedroom empty bedroom which can used for photos with props, clothing change, a place to put on makeup or staging for dinner parties. Where can you do it all in one place? I also have a garage, which can be used, and a 76 VW bug convertible too. As far as dinner parties the sky is the limit. I have hosted parties from 5 to 50++ ( pre covid) but my back yard is perfect for dinner parties with vignette's where one can lounge, dine or relax. I could see a person taking a walk to the beach ( 2 minutes away) with their loved one to propose than surprise them with a fabulous dinner or whatever they would like. I do work with several local caterers and chacuterie businesses. I love to entertain.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
