Stunning white and bright Cape Cod beach house perched above San Clemente's famed T Street beach. Enjoy three stories of unobstructed ocean and pier views from numerous cozy patio spaces and an open-air floorplan with disappearing glass doors and wraparound windows. Take the elevator from the six car, subterranean garage up to enjoy the main level's expansive great room, including a black baby grand piano, two sitting areas with fireplaces, and marble-drenched chef's kitchen with ocean views out front and a gorgeous salt water pool with waterfalls out back. While poolside, enjoy patio seating, cafe lighting, and a pizza oven for your outdoor living shoots. Inside, gorgeous Du Chateau wood floors and custom oak doors throughout accent light-filled spaces with luxury window treatments and lighting fixtures. The main level also offers three well-appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an office. The third floor features an A-framed spacious master suite with seating area, French-inspired his and hers closets and vanity, master bath, and craft room/office complete with full kitchen. Let your drone soar above the roof top deck/surfer's lookout of this one-of-a-kind beach house. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
