- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Our studio is located in the heart of San Francisco, 10 minutes from downtown, minutes from the Mission, and conveniently off of the 101 and 280 freeways. This is an ever-evolving multipurpose creative space tailored to fit your every need: we have professional studio monitor speakers for music and media production, microphones, 10 track mixer, Scarlett audio interface, BenQ rec709 monitor for video editing, 2 TVs, 2 whiteboards, white photo background paper, and complementary high bandwidth wifi (150mbps/50mbps). The studio is on the second floor of an artist warehouse, with plentiful parking, on-site bathrooms, and a vending machine with snacks & beverages galore. We sanitize and clean the entire studio before and after every session, as well as having a UV air purifier, hand sanitizer, and extra face masks on site.

Justin is so accomodating, this space is truly a secret gem in the city. The space is extremely clean, has insane equipment, and overall is just such a great collaborative space for meetings, hanging out, or just bouncing ideas. We ended up booking extra time. 10/10 recommend.
