To ensure our guests are safe we follow the state guidelines of santitation and the suite is cleaned and disinfected by a professional company between visits

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Beautiful high ceilings with lots of windows for natural light. Nicely furnished with natural grey & white decor. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, along with direct street access through its own private street entrance so there is no need to go through the building. The unit can be used for filming, photographing and event space for any and all occasions.

General Rules

We kindly ask that there be no smoking in the unit. There is a smoking corner outside the entrance to the right. Outside catering is allowed, however we too can provide catering if desired. There are no alcohol restrictions. Noise rules are set according to city regulations and are expected to be followed.
