About the Space
Lavie Venue is a beautiful 6200 sq ft event space that is perfect for Weddings, Receptions, Birthdays, Concerts, Ceremonies, Baby showers, Album launches, Pop-up shops, etc. Once you walk into Lavie you will see the magnificent 100ft bar that hosts any cocktail you desire. Lavie also has a multitude of tables and booths to handle a party of any size. -The venue can hold up to 600. - Table chairs and couches are available for rent. - Free parking for up to 300 cars. - Bar and hookah service available upon request. -

Our event space is huge which allows for adequate social distancing to keep guest six feet apart and safe.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
