Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
In between every booking we do a full disinfecting of every surface that has been touched or used during your booked time.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
The space has informational signage including:
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

We welcome you to our open air outdoor sky lounge. Its a beautiful comfy and cozy outdoor lounge available for photo shoot or filming or meetings. It has a stunning view of Hollywood and one of the best sunsets you will see in LA. The rules of my home are very basic rules. Please take of your shoes upon entrance. Wash your hands and please be respectful of my home as if it was yours.

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
