About the Space

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY** Weekday rate is $125/hr. Weekend rate is $175/hr. Weekday is Monday - Thursday. Weekend is Friday - Sunday. Monday through Thursday there is a 4 hour minimum. Friday through Sunday there is a 6 hour minimum. ***************************************************** This space is the perfect setting for brunches, intimate dinner parties, private events, corporate events, pop-ups or any other kind of event. All rentals include: 1). (50) - Clear Chiavari Chairs 2). (8) - Six Foot Tables 3). (6) - Four Foot Tables 4). LED Down Lighting 5). Professional Sound System with an AUX cord - 2 EV EKX 15p, 1 Yorkville ES18p 6). Professional DJ Equipment - Pioneer DDJ 1000SRT Controller, Laptop stand, and Mic Everything you need for a perfect event is included, just bring your imagination for decor and you're good to go! We are easily accessible and right in between a municipal parking garage and the Pelham (New Haven Line) Metro North Train Station. We are located one block from the Pelham (New Haven Line) Metro North Train Station and Bee-Line Bus. Setup and breakdown must be included in the amount of time you book. Depending on how grand your event setup will be, we recommend 1-2 hours to setup and 1 hour to breakdown. Seated capacity is 50. Standing capacity is 60. Tablecloths are NOT included.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Hasan is the best hands down !!! He made sure everything was perfect, He communicated with me so I knew where everything was , informed me of all the stores in the neighborhood in case I needed anything . This place is literally a hidden gem when it comes to Venues. Thank you Hasan for having us.

I’m filled with so much joy and gratitude! From the moment we found this space here, the host was beyond responsive and ensured this was a suitable space for my “Surprise - engagement party.” The area is very well-kept, and you can tell a particular pride comes with it. The host ensured all our needs were met and were super timely with it all. My now fiancé enjoyed the space and every second of the night. We had a total of about 50 people, and the space was perfect and intimate enough for it. I recommend booking this place if you are looking for a quality experience!
