Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

***PLEASE READ*** THIS IS ONLY FOR PRODUCTIONS.. PHOTO SHOOTS, VIDEO SHOOTS, ETC... This space is the perfect setting for any podcast, film, photo, fitness or dance production. We offer plenty of amenities that are all available for use during your booking. When booking please let us know if you need any item from the amenities list so that we can confirm it is available for use. We are easily accessible being that we are right in between a municipal parking garage and the Pelham (New Haven Line) Metro North Train Station. We are located one block from the Pelham (New Haven Line) Metro North Train Station. We are also a photo studio with photographers who have over 10 years of experience that can offer full photography and videography coverage for your production. Setup and breakdown must be included in the amount of time you book. Depending on how grand your production will be, we recommend 1 hour to setup and 1 hour to breakdown. Saturday’s and Sunday’s have a 4 hour minimum. Thanks for checking us out!

No, I would not book again.

This space was not as advertised. The pictures showed gleaming white floors and we got there and they were filthy. The owner refused to refund us and didn’t understand this Was for a music video and the whole reason we came was because of the clean glossy look of the photos.

Perfect untainted location to celebrate any event. The location came with a full sound system set up for easy use of a dj or a cell phone. The chairs and tables being included at no extra cost was wonderful.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and understanding. They were able to answer my questions and helped with an amazing visual set up. The location was perfect for the size of the party and they were more than accommodating based on some last minute changes that needed to be made.

We did a photo shoot, it was perfect. They had the color backdrop we needed and were very kind and courteous. They checked in with us while we were there to make sure everything was going well. Equipment was compatible and good too!
