- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Sanctuary Health Pilsen is a holistic health center located near 18th street and Racine in the bustling Pilsen neighborhood. Our space offers multiple rooms for use, including an open backroom boasting high ceilings with antique tiles and a wall of west facing windows. The unique decor incorporates antique furniture, an array of plants and patina walls. Sanctuary is the perfect space for photo or video shoots, small weddings, pop-up dinners, or any small events. We have two bathrooms, and an additional entry space that can be utilized. Our current capacity of 10 guests at a time is due to the CDC's Covid-19 guidelines on indoor gatherings. If you are booking several months out, please message us directly to discuss potential for additional guests contingent on the pandemic circumstances improving. **Tours prior to booking the space only for 6 hours+ rentals, please.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
