About the Space
This space is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, private gatherings, baby showers, with extra privacy for photo shoots and movie shoots, etc. This home has hosted exquisite private cooking classes as well as sip 'n' paints in our spacious dining/living room. This Vibrant & Modern Home is located in the amazing downtown Atlanta, walking distance to Vine City Marta Station & The Mercedes Benz Stadium. It features a large open living room, a Dining Room, a Spacious Kitchen with a keurig, A Front and Back Porch, 1.5 baths, and a bedroom which can be used for changing and/or video/photoshoots. Kitchen includes plenty of counter space for laying out decor and hor d'oeuvres. In addition, there is a bar cart to display libations for guests. With numerous windows in every room, the home glows in natural lighting throughout the day. Perfect for filming and photographing content. It is within walking distance to many downtown attractions such as the Mercedes -Benz stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), CNN Center, Centennial Park, The Georgia Aquarium and much more! The House is located in a peaceful community We provide a full kitchen with access to cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups for your guests. The space holds 20-25 guests comfortably but we are willing to accommodate more depending on your event. We offer free street parking in front of the house for 4-5 cars. If you park in front of the neighbors house, we will not take responsibility if the cars are towed or booted so if there will be more cars please let me know and we will work to assign additional parking.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
