We hire the top cleaning company in Eugene, OR to clean our space thoroughly between every booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our place defines luxury living and has been curated with a luxe vibe in mind. Located at the 5th Street Public Market in downtown Eugene, you're treated to stunning views, proximity to local attractions and more. This is a studio apartment 12' ceilings, huge windows. Idea for photo shoots, interviews, video shooting. There is a 55" Smart TV, carefully planned red accents that pop, and access to the 7th Floor Rooftop Deck with views from Skinner Butte to Spencer Butte. WI-FI is included in this rental.

Pretty quiet unit overall. Corner unit on the top floor, double thick insulation and drywalling but not considered officially soundproof. On 5th avenue, so this is a busy street but outside noise is eliminated when windows are closed.

Circuit breaker is in the main entry hallway of the studio as soon as you enter. Outlets are scattered throughout the unit.

General Rules

Tampering or disabling of internal noise monitoring device will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund and a $250 maintenance repair fee. ZERO policy for smoking or vaping inside or in the balcony. This is a non-smoking unit and non smoking property. The reservation will be subject to immediate termination without a refund and a $250 deep cleaning fee. Lost keys will result in a $200 fee for the replacement. Lost parking passes will result in a $200 fee for the replacement. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. Be mindful this is a resident apartment building where families and kids live, work and attend school. Any noise complaints will be strictly handled and will result in immediate termination. You will be responsible for any missing or damaged item(s) at the replacement cost of the item(s). Please do a final check for your personal belongings before departing. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. ABIDE BY ALL LAWS: All guests must abide by all local and state laws during the duration of their stay. Any evidence of violence, stealing, trespassing, stalking, drugs or harm to the hosts or the property will be reported to the local authorities. VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES: Violation of any of the house rules could result in immediate dismissal from the property without refund at the host’s discretion. Additional fees may also apply. If failure to comply with house rules results in cancelling or refunding another guest those costs will be your responsibility. Your acceptance of this reservation means that you agree to pay for any damages or fees listed in this disclosure.
