Our studio is a 3,000 Sq Ft Creative Compound located in Burbank, CA just outside of Los Angeles. We pride ourselves on being the most accommodating and flexible studio around here, delivering the most bang for your buck, and our reviews will back that up. I look forward to kickin a$$ for you too, all I ask is that you please be respectful of the studio and the rules, this is my life's work here! The space includes a parking lot, bathroom, kitchen/crafty area, Dressing/makeup/green room. We also have Air Conditioning, heat, Wi-Fi, and an in house sound system. **THERE IS A 4 HOUR MINIMUM - NO EXCEPTIONS** Seriously, do not even bother messaging me if you cannot book the minimum. All of our sets are built PER SHOOT from different walls/flats and dressing we have here at the studio. If you want something other than what is pictured in the main image, just let me know. With the right amount of time booked we can even flip sets on the same day with a short break. The advantage of having flats over standing sets is that we can customize the set up to fit your needs. Note: If we do not discuss a custom set up for your booking the set in the MAIN IMAGE on the listing you book will be the one we set up. The additional photos of other set ups in the listing are to show options and give an idea of what we can do for you. Each booking is for the set in this listing, you will not have access to other sets in the building. We have many props , costumes, armor, etc in house. All props are included in the rentals, Costumes are an additional charge. We have a small stock of lighting and equipment in house. You are welcome to this equipment and responsible for it if used. Any damages to or missing equipment will be billed to you. Most of our stock photos here on the site are done with our in house lighting. Equipment includes - 4 Newwer LED Panels & Stands, 6 LED corded Light Tubes (not RGB), Basic 400w Fog Machine (must bring your own juice, using our juice is a $10 Charge), Sang Bags, No. 2 Clamps, Pump Clamps, C-Stand, Apple Boxes (1 Full, 1 Med), 4 Cordless RGB LED Tubes, black backdrops, green screen backdrop. Sets come pre lit. This is great for smaller productions, but you are welcome to move, remove, use your own gear, or do whatever you need to do to get the look you want. Parking is available in our gated parking lot. We have a roll up door in the lot so it's great for loading in and out. You can fit 2-4 cars in our lot, otherwise there is street parking with no charge. Parking must be done in OUR lot or street parking. If you park in the lots of our neighboring businesses or in the alley you will be towed. Rules: There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the building, the parking lot, or ANYWHERE on the property. This includes cigarettes, mamajuana, E-Cigarettes, Vape, or whatever other gadgets they have out there. There is absolutely NO ALCOHOL/DRINKING anywhere on the property. We are here to work, not to party. If you have Alcohol/bottles as a prop please clear them with me when you come in for your shoot. Please have an ACCURATE HEADCOUNT with your booking request. Shoots with 15 or more people (Combined, Cast, Crew, etc) will be required to have production insurance and a COI made out to our studio. There is a 20 Person MAX /LIMIT (Combined, Cast, Crew, Etc) currently for our studio. Any person over that amount will be asked to leave. Please book the appropriate time for your shoot. You will not be able to enter the studio until your booking time starts. On the other end, If you need more time at the end of your booking , it may not be available to you. If it is available, overtime will be charged as 1.5x the normal hourly rate and will be rounded up to the nearest hour. You are welcome to use the Crafty/Kitchen area as well as the fridge. Please DO NOT CONSUME anything that is not yours. You will be billed for it. Entering our WRESTLING RING is NOT ALLOWED unless it's booked through its own listing as a set. Then I will relay the proper safety guidelines during your rental. NO PETS or ANIMALS are allowed unless you approve it with me in advance. Please pull up all tape markers on the floor when you leave. Homemade FAKE BLOOD is not allowed, specifically anything with Karo-Syrup or any kind of sugar. If you are using any kind of fake blood, Slime, etc. You must clear it with me when you come in so we can talk about how to use it without staining or damaging the sets, props, or set dressing. All shooting during your booking must be done within the property. Shooting in the street, alley, etc is not allowed without a permit and you could be subject to fines or worse. If you need shots like that , do so outside of your booking time. ANY ITEMS left behind will be held to be claimed for 3 days after your shoots. After that they will be forfeited/disposed. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING - Normally when we have an issue at the studio it's because the CLIENT (you) did not relay the rules to their entire cast & crew. This is very important - YOU are responsible for the actions of your crew during your rental in our space. Please, PLEASE! relay these rules to the crew if you book. It can save all of us a headache!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
