About the Space
Located conveniently in West Oakland (first exit off of the Bay Bridge), L'Hermitage Studios is a 2100 sq ft. live stream / video / photo studio that is capable of hosting small gatherings and dinner parties for up to 30 people. This loft, which was built out of a converted PG&E building is hosted by a former creative director and event producer who has been featured for his work in VICE, New York Times, and Smithsonian. With years of experience in both cinema and event production, we are able to not only accommodate your event or shoot, but assist in planning and execution as well. If you're looking to do greenscreen, livestrreaming, photography, video, or events - this is a fantastic and affordable space located centrally in the bay area. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
