About the Space
Great space for photography and film. There is total of 1600 sqft. 800 sqft available for photography and small film productions intended to be filmed in front of a backdrop. The backdrop, strobe, and stands for lighting and audio are available for the photography side. There is 800 sqft available for film productions. There are two brick walls and a standard room's drywall, which is painted light gray. Light stands and one continuous light and softbox is included with the film side. Pricing listed is for one side. Rental of the entire space requires an additional cost. One side - $60/hr Entire Space - $100/hr Free parking is available. The space is on the third floor (No elevator). Unless there is an emergency, do not open the fire escape door Thank you

Absolutely loved the space! The host met us downstairs to let us in and guided up to the correct space in the building. He also was accommodating when I asked him last minute to use a few of his backdrops for my shoot. Will definately use this space for future shoots!
