Price shown is for use of the Cyc Wall.* (Also see Ad-Ons) Cyc Wall Rates: Cyc Wall Only - $95/hr Entire Space - $200/hr Rates excluding Cyc Wall: Paper Backdrop (Excluding Cyc Wall) - $75/hr Open Area (for film, natural light photography, classes/workshops, etc) - $75/hr Entire Space (Excluding Cyc Wall) - $150/hr Great space for photography and film. There is a total of 1600 sqft. 800 sqft available for photography and small film productions intended to be filmed in front of a cyc wall or backdrop. The backdrop, one strobe and stand for lighting is included. Additional lighting and stands are available as an add on. There is an Open Area (800 sqft) available for film productions and classes/workshops. There are two brick walls and a standard room's drywall, which is painted light gray. A light stand and one continuous light and softbox is included if filming. Pricing listed is for the Cyc Wall only. Rental of the entire space requires an additional cost. The space also has a sitting area for guests, production crew, clients, etc as well as a changing room on site. Free parking is available. The space is on the third floor (No elevator). Unless there is an emergency, do not open the fire escape door Thank you
