About the Space
** We no longer accept event bookings for personal social gatherings/kickbacks. We only accept bookings for business-related or creative-related events such as workshops, panels, content collabs, pop-up shops, galleries & classes. ** FourNineteen Co. Studio is a boutique studio space located in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, PA. Our 843 sq ft space has both a modern and exposed/industrial feel & filled with amazing creativity. Our studio can be used as a creative workspace, photography studio, and gallery space. It can also be used for small meetings, trainings, and small business/creative events. Co-Founders/Hosts: Briana S. & Jeff M. Location is near Torresdale Ave, Orthodox St, Aramingo Ave, and I-95. Nearby Landmarks: Lightbulb Rentals, Wawa, etc. SEPTA Transportation Nearby: Market/Frankford Line, J, 25, 56 Please note that the hourly rate changes based on the day of the week & the number of attendees: * Tues-Fri -> $45/hr * Sat-Sun -> $512/hr * 1-10 guests, normal hourly rate. * 11-20 guests, additional $35 to hourly rate. Studio Courtyard access is NOT included & must be requested as an add-on (if needed). Please book no later than 24hrs of desired date & time.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
