360ism Studios is a professional studio for Photographers, Models, Video producers, Podcasters, and all content creators. It is much more than 'a room with a backdrop stand'. It is a fully equipped multimedia studio. Our clients consistently rave about the quality of our facilities, the professionalism of our staff, and the seamless experience they have enjoyed while working in our space. What sets 360ism Studios apart? Daring is the professional photographer, grip, video producer and visual design specialist who created the studio. Located in a professional, modern office high rise, it is perfect for Photoshoots and Video production! This space can be used for the following: * Photography, Video and Podcast production * Open Mic & Poetry nites * Private Events + * Music & Video Release/Launches * Clothing/ Brand Hauls * Pop-up shop events * Professional business use + Small events of up to 35 people * Zoom & Conference Meetings * Remote Broadcast Studio * Remote Shoot Studio (photographers can connect over Wifi and use our cameras to shoot) Features: * Kitchen area - with full size refrigerator. + Sink, Dishwasher and Microwave * Wardrobe, Changing and Make Up Room * Balcony + Rooftop access * Green screen Backdrop/Floor cover * Wood Grain floor covering * Custom Backdrops * Fog/Smoke Machine * Continuous & Strobe lighting & umbrella/softbox modifiers are on set. * RGB lighting to change the wall different colors * Several backdrops (white, black, green, red, blue, pink, spice, yellow, brown, beige colors) * WiFi access + Alexa sound system * Several Bathrooms Additional services: * Book a Studio assistance - (Someone to assist you with backdrop changes and lighting) * Book a Photographer for your session * Book a Model for photo/video production including fashion, swimsuit, boudoir,etc. * Make-up Artist services available * Rent a camera or lens for your session THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL MEMBERS/BOOKINGS : PHOTO & VIDEO PRODUCTION: - * One Light (strobe or continuous) is included with your session. You are welcome to bring your own lights or rent additional lights from the studio. * BACKDROPS are not included in your rental - If you need backdrops you must select the 'Add-on Backdrops'. The first pull is 8.00$ Additional backdrops are 10$ per pull. You are welcome to bring your own backdrop and stands. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Host was very welcoming & in touch every step of the way. The space was immaculate, from having everything you need to being super clean and organized. Studio shoots can sometimes appear cold & too formal but this space was incredible for a cozy vibe , the natural lighting was amazing but could also be covered if desired. 10/10

Daring was amazing. He was very accommodating and friendly. I greatly appreciated his check-ins and responsiveness. The space was awesome and suited my needs. I will definitely be booking this space again.

I had an interesting experience here at Studio360ism. I had a hard time finding a place to park due to it being downtown and even arrived 25 minutes before my scheduled appointment and it took me approximately 25 min to find a spot to park. Entering the building was easy and the host did an excellent job explaining to my photographer on how to enter the studio space. While in the studio, my photographer had difficulty connecting to the lights that flash with his camera. The only major issue that I had was feeling rushed on my family photos. We definitely needed more than an hour do to having children that wanted to play rather than take photos. So do yourself a favor by booking more than one hour so that you don’t feel rushed to clean up and exit before your time slot ends. Not sure if it was the equipment there or my photographer, but the pictures came out dark due to the flash light that he connected his camera to not working properly. So MY studio time there was a waste of time and money. However, if everything worked properly, if I didn’t have issues finding parking and if my time wasn’t rushed, it would have been a great experience. Not sure if I would ever book here again because I personally don’t like wasting my time or money and like I said previously, I’m not sure if the issue was my photographer or the lighting in the studio.
