All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks

About the Space

This Magical space is perfect for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Instagram celebs, Private parties etc.. It is an out door space that fits up to 100 ppl with bathrooms on site. Unique amenities are that it is attached to a rentable Guest House that you and friends can stay during or after your event (Different fee). The property is also one of Miami's hottest Bar / Restaurant spaces after 5pm called Boho House. All food and drinks must go thru us. Best days and times to shoot video's or photos are Tuesday, Weds and Thursday 9am - 7pm. Best dates for private parties are Sunday, Tuesday, Weds or Thursday. There are several sections and backdrops available at the premises. The rate is for one section. Please elaborate which section you want.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
