New studio in Las Vegas inspired by our festival life. Located behind the Hotel Rio and a short walk to the Vegas Strip. This 600 sqft studio is perfect for photoshoots, pop-up shops, birthday parties, networking events, meetings, workshops, live streaming, and more. Our studio is comfortable and convenient with a restroom, hot and cold drinking water is available in the back office for you to use. Full body size mirror and clothing rack. Please, don't move the mirror because it is very heavy. DIFFERENT AREAS TO SHOOT: The studio has a ceiling that mimics a starry night sky along with 6 walls that all have different backgrounds. Wall 1: Furry neon pink wall that brightens up with an overhead blacklight. Includes several disco balls that hang from the ceiling. Wall 2: Big neon sunflowers that illuminate with an overhead blacklight. Includes a pattern of multiple iridescent 12x12 squares. Wall 3: Multi light cloud wall. Wall 4: UV Neon painted hearts that illuminate with an overhead blacklight. Wall 5: UV Neon activated paint that looks like slime dripping from it. Wall 6: Iridescent sequin covered curtains with a neon velvet scarf. Floor: Checkered pattern with 12x12 squares that are iridescent. Ceiling: Mimics a starry night sky with galaxy wallpapers that cover the overhead ceiling lights. There is one white wall that you can use with any other set up you need. INCLUDED: - Amenities - 1 Ring light - 1 plastic table by request - 1 rolling clothing rack - Bluetooth Speakers - Laser light FURNITURE AND PROPS: Space comes with furniture that can be easily moved around for you to create your vision. You will have to pick them up and move them to avoid damaging the floor and put them back where you found them. No standing on the furniture. - Furry neon rainbow Lounger - 2 ghost chairs - Multiple disco balls - 1 gray and white couch - 1 white chair - 1 step ladder - 2 teal bar stools - Multiple neon plants - Fur fabric in neon pink, black, and white that you can use for different things. If you put it on the floor, please do no step on it with any type of shoes. - Black with green drips payphone - 1 palm lamp - 1 white furry lamp Set up and clean up are within your booking period. If you need any extra minutes to clean up, let us know. Please, pick up all your trash and put it in the trash can. Leave the place as you found it. There is no soundproof system. We are located in an office area, so be respectful with our neighbors. Keep the music low before 7pm. No SMOKE allowed. No smoking or vaping. NO GLITTER. No conffety. NO PETS. We work in the back office, so we will be present during your booking. We might have to walk between your set because we receive and give packages to the mailman, he comes around 2:00 p.m, but we won't bother you. Our two dogs come to work with us every day, but they stay in the back with us, you might hear them barking when you arrive at the studio and when you or one of your guest need to use the restroom. Keep this in mind if you have any guests with dog allergies. You can book the place after hours on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m -10:00 p.m for an extra $35 by the hour and from 10:00 p.m - 12:00 a.m for $50 extra by the hour. The studio is $75 by the hour for 5 people but if you want to bring 6-12 people there is a charge of $10 by the hour. Max 12 people.
