  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Newly Renovated Industrial aesthetic space with exposed brick and beautiful lighting. Originally set up for short term rentals. This is a very flexible space. It can be used for Photoshoots or video’s. It comes with a patio deck and unique stairs. The bed frame is also reused pipes along with the stairway railing. I will also tag and promote your business with your choice in ad copy with your page links however you would like if you send photos or clips from your shoot to post on my page. Yes, I would book again.

I Needed A Last Minute Event Space To Take Maternity Photos. With A Quick Google Search I Came Across Peerspace. This Was My First Time Using The Website. The Flat Was Absolutely Beautiful. It Looked Just Like The Photos. I Loved This Unit. The Host Is Great At Communicating And She Responds To Messages Within The Same Day. I Would Definitely Book This Flat Again For Future Photoshoots.

Property was as listed. Property was clean. My only dissatisfaction was the parking was street parking only. I had to park a little ways down from property and walk down to unit in very cold weather.
