About the Space

Newly Renovated Industrial aesthetic space with exposed brick and beautiful lighting. Originally set up for short term rentals. This is a very flexible space. It can be used for Photoshoots or video’s. It comes with a patio deck and unique stairs. The bed frame is also reused pipes along with the stairway railing. I will also tag and promote your business with your choice in ad copy with your page links however you would like if you send photos or clips from your shoot to post on my page. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves

This studio was such a beautiful, quiet space. There was plenty of parking out front and easily found by all of our partners. All in all, would definitely book again!
