Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves

We are excited to host your dream birthday party! We offer Birthday Parties (Karaoke/Rockstar) as well as many other events for kids and adults. With so much to choose from, you can't go wrong with booking your special day with us! We offer VIP lanyard/name tag decorating, a photo booth with a background green screen, record decorating, an incredible stage with amazing sound, instruments to jam on, a huge backstage space for food, dessert, liquor and so much more!! Please feel free to contact us with any questions/inquiries! Make the space your own and bring your own decorations that will bring your party come to life. Ask us about our extras and having an MC help bring your party to the next level. Want to do karaoke? Let's turn it up to 11 and have some fun. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
