  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable gloves

About the Space

Filming something in a space that is affordable is often times hard to find, let us help you since you found your next filming location with a full vinyl wall on both sides. Ranging from different props and lighting options, this is the best place for your next filming, audition or school production. We have a full stage with a soundboard, multiple pianos and instruments that will allow you to have a great film set for anything music related. This is a great place to record a cover song, have an open mic or have a birthday party. Use the space for whatever you think is best. Please feel free to contact us with any questions/inquiries! Looking for a unique space for your music video shoot or your next audition tape? Maybe you're looking for a unique spot for a photoshoot. Whatever it may be, we are able to control the light, have a sound system and you can use the ring light that we have as well for additional lighting.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
