This beautiful 1920s colonial duplex was meticulously restored and then renovated and designed with a mid-century modern and eclectic flair for that light and airy feel. Oversized windows in the large and open living and dining rooms provide an abundance of natural light, though there are also beautiful curtains for that soft filtered light if you like. There are intelligently positioned splashes of color, but the space was professionally designed with a minimalist, yet homey and cozy aesthetic. Original art work with a modernist flair compliments some remaining original details, like original fireplace tilework, restored hardwood floors, some leaded original windows et al. The unit includes a large living room with plenty of comfortable sitting/conversation spaces, a 62" Smart TV, a dining room equipped with a gorgeous table and chairs set for 8, a full kitchen with server ware, dinner and silverware for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal if necessary. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with two twins) with bright white linens and blackout curtains. The full bathroom has plenty of towels, soap and even a shower if needed. The oversized beautiful and gated front porch is set up with a table and chairs for outdoor shoots or that much needed coffee break. We include a high quality full size steamer, iron and ironing board, Free WiFI, coffee and tea. Also, we live in the unit upstairs, so if you're missing anything or forgot an extension cord or something, we can generally help out.
