All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
High-rise views of the heart of Downtown Los Angeles abound at this location. The rooftop has both clear skies and close building views, as well as open areas and some with machinery and other architectural features. Lastly, interior spaces are also usable, such as offices and the basement. Available for filming, photography / photoshoots, commercials, and high-end production. General Rules
SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT:
Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
$1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required
OVERTIME POLICY:
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
OTHER GENERAL RULE:
*Need a 2nd site rep if your shoot is over 25 people.
*Can rent the 2nd floor lounge for stills h/m/s $350 restroom is just across
*Parking: there are lots on 6th and Main production can utilize. The daily rate is $10 (subject to change)
*Generally 10 people on the rooftop at a time
All ages are allowed in the space

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
