Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We wipe down all touch surfaces with disinfectant before and after each shoot and have standard deep cleaning between shoots. We are at a limited capacity of 20 or fewer attendees, per recommendations based on the size of our space. We require guests and staff to wear masks at all times inside of the building during a shoot or rental. In addition, we provide standard PPE for guests who do not arrive with their own masks and gloves. Hand sanitizer is available at all key foot traffic locations.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We're a video studio featuring green and white cycloramic screens for full-frame production. Our space comes equipped with floor and rig-based lighting included in our standard rental pricing. We've hosted events, corporate and commercial video productions, as well as creative content productions such as music videos and feature films. This is the perfect place for films, movie scenes, photo shoots, photography, youtube videos, music videos, sets and more! Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you have any questions.

Parking description

Parking available at Arizona Studios. Additional parking at Compuworld/Labor Systems just east of SuperPawn.

General Rules

Booking requires a $250 hold on a credit card for incidentals, in case repairs or excessive cleaning is required. Holds are released after the rental period if no damages or cleaning is required. As per Peerspace policy, we are covered by their $1M General Liability Host Insurance policy. •https://peaceofmind.peerspace.com/ Rentals booked with less than 72 hours' notice are subject to an additional fee of $249. Bookings with less than two weeks' notice outside of our standard hours of operation (Mon-Fri 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) is an additional $59/hr on top of standard rates.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
