Old Town Spring Creative Event Space in a 100 Year Old Farm Style House

A fully renovated 100-year-old house with plenty of natural light and whitewashed shiplap walls on real wood floors give a unique experience to create your photo or video products. The rental space has an in-house hair and makeup artist and can be used for events like bridal parties or workshops with a variety of wall textures from brick to Barnwood. The Lobby This room can be used for photoshoots as well. Refreshment bar on the left by the front door and bathroom in the middle, studio room through the french doors. This is a 100-year-old house with all the natural wood floors and shiplap walls. It has plenty of natural light pouring through the windows! Studio Room 1930's clawfoot tub that can be moved anywhere in the studio, can also be filled and drained for milk bath shoots. There are loose sheer cloths in the corner that can be clipped to any window in layers for added effects. This room can also be locked and the black-out curtains give plenty of privacy. Ther are backdrops, strobes, and many more features all available upon rental of the studio Refreshment Station It will be a little cleaner and finished, we just built it, haha. but it is available upon rental of the studio. Usually contains whisky, wine, bottled water, coffee, and tea. On the wall to right are Media release waivers that can be used for photoshoots in the studio. In-house hair and makeup stylist room on the left and the front door in the center, to the right, is the bathroom and behind us to the left is the boudoir room and behind us to the right is the studio room. Restroom area with plenty of natural light that can double as a second mirror and counter to have space for preparation. The bathroom can fit up to four women when getting ready. We plan to install a curtain to separate the two areas for a little added privacy.
