Please be respectful of the space and equipment. It's your responsibility to leave the space as you find it. This means hanging softboxes back on the walls, coiling power cables, putting away v-flats and other gear you used, wiping up spills, wiping makeup off the table, and packing out excessive/large trash. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied for failure to follow cleaning guidelines posted next to the makeup table and for having over the number of persons allowed in our space. You are responsible for locking up with the key and lockbox. Failure to do so means you're held liable for any theft or damage at full retail price. You will be charged $50 if we have to drive out and lock up for you. No Smoking No Open Flames No Drugs & Alcohol No Glitter or Confetti No Parties or Pop-Up Shops Music must be kept to reasonable levels as to not bother the neighbors. STUDIO POLICIES: Overtime You will be charged a rate of $13 for every 30-minutes you are over your scheduled time. Setup & Tear Down Setup and tear-down of equipment must be completed within your scheduled hours. All equipment must be neatly placed back in its assigned spot before your rental period is over. Failure to maintain this requirement will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee. Repeated offenses will terminate your ability to rent with us. Glitter, chalk dust, and other messy items must be pre-approved by our team and, if approved, cleaned up entirely within your scheduled rental. Failure to clean will result in an additional $50 cleaning fee. Repeated offenses will terminate your ability to rent with us. Free Seamless Paper Free seamless is used seamless, there are footprints and imperfections on the ground portion. You are allowed up to 8-feet of seamless paper on the ground as clearly stated and marked. More than 8-feet on the ground will result in a fee of $15/foot per roll used. Tearing, staining, or damaging the seamless paper will result in a fee of $15/foot per roll. Going over 8-feet is not an option we allow. You are not allowed to modify or change backgrounds that are mounted to the pulley systems. Doing so will immediately terminate your rental and you will be charged a fee of $50 per roll changed. This is for your safety! Premise & Equipment You are responsible for checking the functionality of all equipment before using it. If there is any damage to or malfunction of the equipment then you must report it by calling/texting us before use. You are solely and entirely responsible for any damages, accidental or intentional, that are made to the studio premise, equipment, and landscape. You will be financially responsible for the entire cost of these damages. Damage to the studio premise will be given a monetary value by a licensed professional. Damage to equipment will be assessed based on the cost of repair by a qualified professional. If equipment cannot be fixed or repaired by a professional then you are solely and entirely responsible for the full MSRP of the damaged equipment. Absolutely no equipment may leave the studio space. Any equipment taken from the studio space will be reported as stolen. You are solely and entirely responsible for replacing or paying full retail value of any and all equipment that is taken from or stolen from the studio location. Failure to replace or pay full retail value for any and all equipment that is taken from or stolen from the studio location within seven (7) business days from your rental period will result in immediate suspension of your option to rent the studio and prosecution to the full extent of the law. Drugs & Open Flames No Illicit drugs of any kind are allowed in or around the studio premises. No smoking is allowed inside the studio. Non-cannabis vaping is allowed. Absolutely no open flames are allowed in the studio (this includes candles). Intoxicated individuals, the consumption of alcohol, and open containers of alcohol are strictly forbidden in the studio. Failure to comply will immediately revoke your ability to be on the premises and forfeit your ability to rent with us again.
