  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

1 large coworking office/space available Design studio with desks, whiteboards, wall mirrors, and fun set props to record content Several desks and chairs to makeshift fun workspaces for you or your small team (4-5 people max for COVID safety guidelines) Overall: First floor location that is wheelchair accessible Common waiting area with clean hospital-grade air filtration system Masks required and temperature checks done for safety Receptionist at the front desk to receive guests Printer available and water/hot tea for guests Sound insulated interior walls Central air and heat Cleaning included (trash, sweeping, etc) The building: 3-story garden building Koi and turtles in the entry area waterfall pond Elevator and stairway access to all floors 405 and 10 freeway close; north of Olympic Blvd, west of Sawtelle Blvd Walking distance to Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Ralph's, and Sawtelle Blvd restaurants
