Remember your mom or dad's office? Well now you've found it. Welcome to our comfy traditional office. A 1,000 sq ft 3 private room office (each roughly 10x10) with bathroom and storage and kitchenette. Upon entering you'll find freshly painted walls, and dark wooden desks in each office, a reception/waiting area with a beautiful brown couch, touches of antique, Native American and Latin decor, bright lights and natural lighting. This office is in an office complex. Centrally located in OC near the airport, 5 minute drive to shopping center, near major 55, 405 and 5 freeways and major streets. Please note that because this is in an office complex the walls are NOT sound-proof. Great space for production. Hours are flexible, except for Saturday mornings/afternoons are already taken, Saturday nights are available. Price listed only covers up to 15 cast and crew members total, for a larger group please message to work something out. Please factor in loading and unloading time when booking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
