Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Space is wiped down after been occupied my a group.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Porsche style looking space for work or play in the heart of Atlanta. I love that it is close to the belt line, by the Mozley Park , 20mins from the airport, 8mins to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, 15mins to midtown and 10mins to downtown and all their adventures. Step into the space and feel the energy and own the happiness and warmth it gives freely. If you are here for work then it will interest you to know that our WiFi speed is 600mbps. Creatives are intrigued by the style and layout of the space.

General Rules
Please Read (House Rules)
1. Please take off your shoes as soon as you step into the space.
2. Please do not let your personal items lay around the general area.
3. Please wash dishes and kitchen ware as soon as they are used.
4. Please avoid using your outside shoes on the bathroom mat. Slides will be provided for you.
5. Please Doors should be closed behind you at all times.
6. No smoking in the house. Designated smoking area is the porch at the back of the house.
7. The number of guest authorized to stay in the house is stated in the listing, please do not exceed that number because this will you will be going against the reservation policy and will either attract extra costs or termination of your reservation agreement.
8. Events, parties or filming are not allowed without being authorized.
9. No fire arm or weapon is allowed on the property. This will automatically violate your reservation agreement and you will be asked to leave immediately.
