Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We keep this place extremely clean and sanitized while your here and when your not. Rest assured that you will be safe here to conduct your creativity
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
About the Space
This is a really cool space with an amazing view. The space is filled with amazing art and great vibes. Perfect for music videos, commercials, podcasts or anything you may have in mind. We are directly across the street from the world famous staples center and the view to match. This space has been used for numerous music videos, photoshoots and cooking shows. Come add to this super cool space with your creative works.

We have unlimited indoor garage visitor parking options and the unit comes with 2 assigned indoor garage parking spots
General Rules
House rules are very very simple. Enjoy the space and create! Only thing we ask is that YOU DONT TOUCH THE ART. It’s very expensive art that can’t be replaced so we just ask that you and your guest reframe from touching it.
Smoking is fine as long as it’s done in moderation .
No loud music or audio after 10pm because this is still a residential building
Last but not least we try to limit the space to only 10 people at a time only because it is a small space but there’s a really cool waiting area on the 8th floor that you have access to if you need more guests for your project
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
