Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are a SAG-AFTRA approved Covid facility. We have installed UV Sanitizers in all our HVAC systems and upgraded our air filters to MERV 13 rated filters. We clean all commonly touched surfaces with disinfectant multiple times daily, all audio equipment is disinfected before and after use. We have strict protocols for numbers of people allowed in each space. Manager is a certified Covid Compliance Officer.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The facility has two large recording spaces 1250 and 650 sq ft. Both rooms have control rooms with large format recording consoles. Cedar wood acoustically treated walls, acoustic pianos and other instruments in both rooms. Access to 4 rest rooms (two private), ample free parking. We have had music video shoots, television shoots, auditions videos and other projects. We can accommodate live video and high end audio streaming performances. Manager is a certified Covid Compliance Officer.
