Free gated parking garage that is directly connected to the event space.

1. No smoking allowed in the building. 2. Outside catering is allowed. 3. Please leave the room in the same condition as you found it including putting all trash in receptacles or bags and cleaning up any spills. The host will remove all trash bags. 4. Do not hang or mount anything to the walls. Any damage to the walls may incur an additional repair fee to be determined upon assessment of needed repair. Please inform your host prior to leaving if any damage has occurred. 5. No excessive noise (very loud music, yelling, etc.) during business hours unless otherwise approved by the host. Please keep in mind that others may be working in the office space during your event. 6. Restrooms are located in the office space. When you enter the main hallway, walk straight until you see a sign above a door that says, “Restrooms.” Walk through the door. The women’s restroom will be to your immediate left. The men’s restroom will be straight ahead on the left hand side. 7. The space you have rented is the training room, lounge with access to the restrooms. Please do not set up in the common hallway or other areas of the office space. Please do not loiter in common areas of the building during your rental time. 8. Your rental time starts and ends at the designated time agreed upon during your booking. This includes set up and clean up. Guests who remain in the event space more than 15 minutes after their end time will incur an additional fee of $30 for every half hour over the end time and time is rounded to the nearest half hour. For example, if your rental time ends at 5:00 and you remain in the space until 5:15, you are charged an extra $30.
