About the Space
Multihouse DTLA is a multi-use creative studio available for: – photo shoots – video shoots – music production, writing and recording sessions – vocal recording in the booth or in the room – creative meetups – casting, auditions, etc. We began Multihouse as a way to have a shared creative space with our friends, musicians, photographers, etc. From humble beginnings, we now are proud to call it a true multi-use arts and media studio. People mainly use it to make music and do photo/video shoots! The space is fully prepared for music production and ready to go with a bunch of instruments around plus vocals in the fully isolated vocal booth. The studio is designed for you to bring your laptop, plug in, and have everything you need already configured. The studio is in a second floor space downtown, and therefore not fully soundproofed, but it does mean you can get loud! We also have a backdrop system and several backdrop colors available for photography/videography, including lighting equipment, softboxes, tripods, clamps, stands, and many props and costumes at your disposal. We have a water cooler, refrigerator, microwave, fans, heater, cleaning supplies, first aid, and snacks that are free to use. (Slow) wifi is available. Building access is 24/7 in a guarded secure building. Parking is available on the street or in lots for as cheap as $5. There are quite a handful of walkable restaurants and convenience stores in the area too. Please inquire if you need an engineer, photographer, creative director, event planner, or any similar services. Feel free to message with any questions! Hourly rates begins at $35, monthly access begins at $200/month (this is the rate for two 5-hour sessions a month, but we do custom arrangements depending on how many hours you want. A lot of people do 1 session/week). This is not a live-work space, don't ask if you can sleep here. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
