About the Space
The former house of Williamsburg's very first neighborhood bar, this unique space is a timeless one. Recently polished up with some custom creations and bar restoration, this rustic beauty is ready to go for a inspiring day with your team off-site. Inside is 1,100 sq ft of curated space that enters from the street and opens to a 1,500 sq ft enchanted private backyard. All furniture in photos is included, however the space continues to evolve and invite new pieces. We encourage you to come visit in person or join us for a video walkthrough to view the most current look. Bluetooth Sound System: We have 6 Bose speakers throughout the space. They are wired from the front entrance to the very back of the garden, so you have continuous sound throughout. All hook up via Bluetooth via receiver. » Minimum of 3 hours booking on weekdays » Minimum of $1,500 per booking on weekends (includes the first 5 hours) » Saturday time slots are 9am - 5pm & 6pm - 12am 🜁 Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival and stick around until you are settled with everything you need. The host will not be present during your reservation, but will be available by telephone and able to return to the space if needed. 🜂 Check-Out The host will return at your scheduled check-out time to lock up. Please do not leave the space unattended, as it can only be locked manually from the outside (the setbacks of restoring antique features on facades!) 🜃 Cleaning Fee There is a cleaning fee of $150. We are open to reducing or waiving this for smaller set-ups, please inquire! 🜄 About Us We provide boutique event venues for intimate gatherings. Our spaces have also been a successful backdrop for countless photoshoots and films. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I had the absolute pleasure of booking this beautiful space hosted by Danielle and Tara, and their hospitality was amazing throughout the entire process. From the initial preplanning stages to the actual day of the event, they were consistently communicative, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The space itself was stunning and was perfect for my event. It was clean and even though it was raining, Danielle and Tara made it easy to adjust our plans!

We had a really wonderful time. We brought food, drinks, flowers, and games. Everybody had a wonderful time. We came in two cars and there was street parking right outside the street so loading on and off was a breeze. Their 3 ice buckets, half a dozen big vases, and half a dozen small vases came in handy. We also rented their antique wine glass and appreciated having them. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Danielle is extremely pleasant and patient. First time planning an event and it had a few bumps in the road but as all things do. We were able to resolve and move forward. My day was spectacular and extremely grateful to Danielle and Tara for allowing us to use the space for our baby shower. Would recommend to do a night event. The day time hours can be very tight but doable with careful planning.

This was a lovely spot! I threw a dinner party for 25 guests and it was an amazing time. The audio sound system was great and the backyard garden was amazing. The communication throughout the entire booking process was very good too, would highly recommend!
