We love our beautiful and very elegant home and would love to share it with others. We love throwing wonderful parties for friends and family and want to share our home so you can do the same. Private/personal events: Our home is an intimate and very classy space for hosting private events such as baby and bridal showers, cocktail parties, birthday parties, wedding parties/rehearsal dinners and other social gatherings. This is also a perfect place to host your family holiday parties. Our home is very popular during Thanksgiving and Christmas time since many restaurants may be closed. Work and team events: Our home can be special in hosting work special events such as team lunches, holiday parties, product launches, small client events and meetings. Our single family is located in the beautiful golf course community of South Riding in Chantilly VA. There is plenty parking on the street level. There are 3 levels to this house. The upper level consists of bedrooms and will be closed for any events. The two lower levels can be used for your event. The main level has a beautiful hard-wood foyer, always decorated according to the seasons and festive holidays. There are two separate living rooms decorated with an international flair. The rustic dining room seats 8 and is connected to the kitchen. The cozy family room seats 12-15 people and there is a large TV and fireplace here. The bright and colorful sunroom with its beautiful plants overlook the backyard. There is another table often used for children in the morning room next to the full kitchen. The walk-out basement is accessible through the outside and inside. There is a large screen TV in the basement and on the main level. The basement is very large and can take up to 30 people. It is equipped with it’s own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The modern basement and deck leading down to an amazing garden space make it a great place for small receptions and parties. We live in the house, however we will not be present during your event. There will be one person available to help you with anything you may need during the event. We can also arrange for a cleaning person to help you throughout the day (extra cost mentioned in the pricing - will depend on number of hours needed). Enjoy a full experience with these additional offerings: A wonderful home-cooked menu is provided at extra costs for guests to select from. These include delicious appetizers, mouth watering salads, hearty main course and scrumptious desserts. We can provide eating supplies and serving platters as well as silverware. As you can see from the pictures, we love to decorate our home and dining very much. We can help with decor as well. You are welcome to bring your own decorations as well (rules will apply). We offer one hour of viewing and planning your event with us if you would like to set that up. Please feel free to ask any questions about the property. Contract and important information: All renters must sign a service contract. A deposit will be required that will be returned after 7 days of the event. No pets allowed. Property will be opened by the host at the designated setup time. Client will have open access to the unit starting at the designated event time. Host will notify you in person 30 minutes prior to your reservation end time to assist with any cleanup and closing instructions and lock up the property behind you. ALL guests must exit the property at the designated end time. Additional hours will be charged in 30-minute increments at the hourly rate specified in the service contract, payable immediately.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
