About the Space
Converted Barn into beautiful studio space. 1st floor- 850 sq ft. shooting space. 2nd floor- 400 sq ft. HMU, meeting area, Post production suite. Studio is furnished with couches and seating. Heating/AC. Bathroom. Farmstyle utility sink. Coffee station. Outdoor seating available. Stocked with shooting equipment, lights, etc. Additional gear is available as add ons.

The studio is in a quiet location, but not fully sound proof. Heavy rain and landscaping can sometimes be audible.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is thoroughly cleaned at the end of every shoot. Large bay doors are also opened to for ventilation after shoots.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
