Parking is conveniently located on the north side of our building. About 100 parking spaces available with overflow parking on the backside of the building. ***Please do not park on the West side of the building. This is not our parking lot and you may be towed. Signage reminding guests of this is on the entrance doors.

OUTSIDE CATERING AND VENDORS ARE ALLOWED USE OF KITCHENETTE Groups intending to utilize the kitchenette must abide by the following guidelines: - Kitchenette shall be cleaned after each use. Any spills should be cleaned up. - In case of breakage, please inform Building Use Administrator of broken item. - No food or beverage shall be left in the refrigerator or freezer after event is finished. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning is a flat fee of $75, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. The renter is responsible for any costs relating to damage caused to our equipment or space.
