Bright, cheery storefront space with two skylights in bustling Atwater Village. White walls and moveable furniture can make the space a versatile room for photo and video projects. Front door opens to Edenhurst Ave and faces East. Rear door opens to the west. There is a rear entry ramp for easy gear load-in. There is a large ADA-compliant bathroom as well.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All high touch surfaces are sanitized between bookings. PPE will be available for use. The space has excellent cross-ventilation as the front door and rear doors are opposite each other.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
