This 2500 sq ft unit has a full kitchen, meditation room, a lounge with 2 couches, an area for sip and paint, 2 bathrooms, and a private garage for easy unloading. The venue has seating for 30 plus additional barstools for guests. This location is perfect for a birthday party, conference, baby shower, meeting, brand launch, pop-up shop, or special event. The unit was recently renovated and furnished with new couches, a rolling bar for the convenience of serving for or hosting a cooking class, wicker chairs, kitchen appliances, and more. We offer self-guided tours. We also allow outside vendors (catering, alcohol, DJ, etc) and also offer in-house preferred vendors. You can bring in outside catering, alcohol, and a DJ or use one of our in-house vendors (Chef, caterer, videographer, photographer, event coordinator, event decorator, DJ, Bartender, servers, and more). You can also rent cocktail tables ($10), 6-foot tables ($15), and chairs ($2) for an additional charge. You are able to move furniture as long as you put it back at the end of the booking. I needed a last minute venue and was so delighted that I was able to find this one. The host responded quickly and approved the booking right away. The location was easy to find and the directions to enter were clear. I love that it had a garage in the back which made loading and unloading convenient. There were multiple rooms throughout the space that allowed me to set up for my event. I also love that it had a full kitchen and tons of built in seating. I would definitely book here again.
