Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are disinfecting all surfaces and areas after every class and every client.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Yoga Studio located near the Kedzie Brown Line. At 700 sqft, our studio can comfortably accommodate 20 people (standing/sitting). We'd love to host your next photoshoot! Our on-site amenities include: - 2 bathrooms - Light dimmers - Controlled thermostat - Built-in speaker system (aux) - Wi-fi connection - Yoga mats, if needed - Water will be available for purchase - Private locker room (free of charge) We would love to have you in for your private or group fitness classes and events such as yoga, pilates, etc. Our studio is also well suited for meditation sessions.

General Rules

Please note: - We do not tolerate smoking, alcohol, or pets on the premises. - No shoes are allowed within the yoga studio, but can be worn in the main areas. - You may specify that your event is at our studio/spa, but be aware and note that the event is not affiliated with our studio, (i.e. you are renting the space, not hosting an event with us). - Prior to rental, the use of the space must be approved by owners. - Renters must provide certificate of insurance.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
