Our space is an amazing venue that can be used for a variety of events. It features a bright and airy atmosphere with natural light and is perfect for hosting any event you may have in mind. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to configure the venue in a variety of setups to fit your needs. Our venue comes equipped with high-speed internet access, all-gender access restrooms, and super cold air conditioning. However, please note that the tiki bar, tables/chairs, audio equipment, projector and makeup/dressing room are available at an additional charge and are not included in the rental fee. Our location is conveniently situated less than 1 mile from SpaceX and Tesla Design Center, 7 miles from LAX, 5 miles to Manhattan Beach, only 8 miles from DTLA, and 10 miles from Hollywood. The studio size is 1000 square feet with a white CYC wall that measures 28 feet wide and 22 feet deep. We kindly ask that you keep the CYC wall/floor as clean as possible, and any stains or marks may result in an additional fee for repainting. We have a carpet that we can put down to avoid any fees. We also offer free parking for up to 8 cars in front of the venue, easy street parking, and 8’ x 8’ garage doors for load-in and load-out. In terms of power, we have 20amp outlets on the ceiling and walls, totaling 180amps of easily accessible power with dedicated power of 200 amps. Additionally, we offer several additional rentals, including a podcast/conference room, recording studio, video editing bays, big roomy kitchen, outdoor hangout bamboo tiki bar beach vibe, and a makeup/dressing room. Our space is ideal for a variety of events, including alumni events, art exhibits, auctions, awards ceremonies, baby showers, bachelor parties, banquets, bar and bat mitzvahs, beer and wine tastings, birthday parties, breakfasts, bridal showers, brunches, celebrations, charity events, cocktail parties, confirmation parties, cooking classes, corporate events, corporate parties, dance parties, dinners, engagement parties, fashion events, fashion shows, food tastings, functions, fundraising events, galas, galleries, gatherings, gender reveal parties, graduation parties, happy hours, holiday parties, kitchen events, launch events, luncheons, lofts, marriage proposals, meetups, memorials, mixers, naming parties, networking events, outdoor events, outdoor parties, Pilates classes, poetry readings, product demos, product releases, product showcases, quinceaneras, receptions, rehearsal dinners, reunions, rooftops, screenings, sweet 16s, trade shows, wedding receptions, weddings, showers, yoga classes, and 1st birthday parties. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further information about our space. **Please note that glitter, powder, oils, smoke effects, body painting, hair cutting, or other messy items are not allowed without prior permission. Any unauthorized use may result in a minimum $100 cleaning or damages fee. We require that the space be returned to us in the same condition as it was rented.** **Our rental time includes setup, full cleanup, and departure. Any time beyond the rented time will result in an hourly charge until the location is empty and clean. A location manager is always on-site to assist you with any needs.** **We do not rent past 11PM AT NIGHT because of ordinance issues** **Trash disposal is available on-site, and any extra trash left behind may result in a removal fee of $125 for basic trash, up to $500 for dump removal.**
