Super Cold Air Conditioning. **The Kitchen, Tiki Bar and makeup/dressing room are an additional charge and it is NOT included** We are located in Hawthorne less than 1 mile from SpaceX and Tesla Design Center, 7 miles from LAX, 5 miles to Manhattan Beach, only 8 miles from DTLA and 10 from Hollywood. Studio Size: Width 28ft Length 36ft Total 1000 SF Entrance Size: Width 8ft Length 18ft Total 144 SF Height 10ft The studio includes an 800 ft² White CYC (Cyclorama/Infinity) wall 28 feet wide and 22 feet deep. It is fine to walk on it but we want to keep it as clean as possible. If there are any stains, spots, marks on the Cyc Wall at the curve or higher we will have to charge an additional $150 for repainting. No charge for simple footsteps on white cyc if they can be cleaned off. Minimum $100 cleaning/repaint charge for scuffs, marks, stains, etc. Free parking up to 8 cars right in front Free easy street parking all around 8’ x 8’ garage doors for load-in and load-out POWER DETAILS We have 20amp outlets on ceiling and walls, for a total of 180amps of easily accessible power. 200 amps (dedicated power) NO glitter, powder, oils, smoke effects, body painting, hair cutting or other messy items without prior permission. Minimum $100 cleaning/damages fee for use of the above without permission. Space must be returned to us in the same condition it was rented in. Trash There is a recycle trash can and a trash container on site. You can put trash until properly filled, means the lids are able to close down. If you leave extra trash behind, removal fee is $125 for basic trash up to $500 if a dump is needed. Rental time includes setup, full cleanup and leave. If you go over the rented time you are charged on an hourly basis until the location is empty and clean.
