Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

This unique creative space is perfect for photographers and film makers who needs a clean space to create and/or host clients. This space has everything needed to run your photography or film business. The studio is fully equipped with paper backdrop options, makeup station, and plenty of space to remain socially distanced. 1600 sq ft total space / 1000 sq ft of useable space Located on 3rd floor (no elevator access) Included with studio rental - 1,000 sq ft of usable space - 2x Strobe Lights - Light triggers (Nikon, Canon, and Sony) - Usage of makeup station - Clothing rack - Lightstands - Reflectors - White seamless paper backdrop (additional colors available) Available to rent - Additional strobe lights - LED lights - Hair fan - Color seamless paper (black, blue, beige)* * if you require other colors, please let us know 5 days in advance NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC* (music is allowed at moderate volume.) *Not ideal for music videos NO SMOKING ALLOWED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 6

Yes, I would book again.

Very nice and spacious space. The renter was very prompt and made me feel like I had control to some degree. Also a nice spot if you want to just look at art and such. Nice experience. I would go again to either shoot or see the exhibit itself

Great rental experience as per usual! Space was clean and had all the equipment options we needed. Easy arrival and exiting with great on site parking. Would rent with again!

Easy! Very smooth! He was very responsive and accommodating! I would book here again and again!!! The space was clean and looked exactly how it looked in the photos! I had an amazing photo shoot!
