About the Space
This space is great for filming, photoshoots, and working retreats. The condo space is approximately 1900 sq ft on the second level of a four story walk-up building. It is new construction with chic and modern decor. There is an open concept kitchen and dining area. There are three bedrooms with one bedroom that has french doors and has been transitioned to a den that looks out on the grand piano in the main living area. The building is directly across the street from a community garden and is in a family friendly neighborhood where you will often see pet parents walking their dogs. The space is a little less than one block from a coffee shop and two blocks from the University of Chicago.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
