Plenty of parking free spaces outside of our building along the street. Parking is only for guests visiting our building.

Fully enclosed studio space with no windows. Lights can be turned off on request.

Stairs

There is a loading dock to our space and a ramp to unload equipment. Must communicate with host if you need to use the loading ramp at least 2 business days before your booking.

Studio A and C are off limits. This booking is strictly for Studio B.

There are many outlets in the space and we have 2 surge protectors in the studio space. If the breaker needs to be flipped please request the staff member on site to assist.

No smoking in the building. No narcotics or smell of narcotics are allowed in our space and you are only allowed to shoot in the space you reserved. Shooting in the hallways or in front of our building is prohibited. Limited to 10 people maximum. Additional fee is applied for more than 10 people in your studio space. Masks required while in the common areas of the studio. (Hallway, lounge) Masks required for any guests not being photographed. Please make sure your party arrives together and on-time. Do not arrive early, as you will only be granted access to the facility at the time of your shoot.
