- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Our modern bohemian style photo rec. studio. The space is 'Perfect' for small-sized productions, small events, and office-like purposes. Easy access onsite parking at your convenience on location, with ramps and elevators which makes moving equipment a breeze. OVERTIME - If your production runs over, we do offer overtime at x1.5 THE ORIGINAL HOURLY RATE for projects with an original booking request of 2 hours or more.

A beautiful and well kept space. Perfect for all of your photography needs. I had a commercial client that wanted to show off their product in a home setting and this space allowed for us to do so beautifully. Not to mention the hosts were beyond kind and left us a complimentary wine bottle, checked in to make sure we knew where everything was, and overall were incredibly kind. I highly recommend this space to all.
