About the Space
1000 sq. ft. of open space. This is a convenient square unit in which we have desk, work, lounge, and primarily open floor space. An early 20th century building with great industrial windows covering two full walls allows for plenty of natural light. The windows face east and south. The unit also opens up to roof access for fresh air or to use as additional production/location options.

A few 30min metered spots. But we have never seen the parking meteres enforced on the small side street off of 13th.

Lighting description
Two full walls of windows that face East and South. Therefore giving the most direct light in the mornings. East facing windows are covered in frost. All windows have black out ability.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Not soundproofed and located next to the highway 80. There is also a commercial sewing company above us that creates a low hum and sporadically through the day.
Crew access
Stairs, Freight Elevator
Equipment loading description
There is a separate and easy door that gives load-in straight access to the freight elevator. Unfortunately the parking space in front of it does not belong to us so can only be used if it is free. Our studio is then directly across from the freight elevator. No corners or turns.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. Outside catering allowed. Always keep the doors to the floor closed and locked when not in use.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Most furniture can be moved as long as it is put back. Some is already on wheels for that purpose.
No smoke machines allowed

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Equipment and surfaces thoroughly cleaned between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
