COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures 1. Social Distancing 1.1. Social distancing of not less than six feet shall be observed by all visitors 1.2. Visitors should attempt to ride elevators alone – no more than one person on an elevator whenever possible 1.3. Visitors should utilize restrooms with no other person present for social distancing purposes 2. Disinfection and Safety 2.1. Cleaning will take place Three (3) days a week for public spaces. This will include restrooms, public surfaces, and hallways. 2.2. Signs will be placed on each exterior office door and in each reception area notifying visitors of these policies. 2.3. No brochures, magazines, or other reading materials are permitted to be left in common areas. All items must be on designated racks only. 2.4. Resident Artists on site are responsible for disinfecting their personal art studios. 2.5. Staff will wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces between each class 3. Visitor check-in procedures 3.1. The reception desk will be manned Monday – Friday 9-5 pm. Lobbies or reception areas should be occupied by only one visitor at a time unless related. 3.2. All visitors entering Mayfair Art Studios will check-in at the reception desk, 3.3. Visitors are only allowed in lobbies. No entry into work areas or private studios. 3.4. No children shall be allowed in any private art studios 3.5. Visitors are encouraged to self-check their temperature each day before visiting Mayfair Art Studios 4. Hygiene 4.1. Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer. 4.2. Avoid touching your face. 4.3. Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow. 4.4. Strongly consider using a face covering while in public. 4.5. If you feel sick, please stay home. 5. Classes 5.1. Class instructors will be required to wear face masks during all classes and workshops 5.2.
